Convenient parking at a reasonable cost, but easy to operate. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we had a problem with a noisy fan in the room they arranged a swap quickly and efficiently. Thank.you. The Holiday Inn is located conveniently for access to city and airport, and for us within 10 minutes of our family so ideal for a visit. The room was warm comfortable and spotless. The bed and bed linen were good quality. The bathroom and shower were both functional and practical with soft fluffy towels so you can't ask for more. Breakfast was a bonus with a good selection to help yourself. Continental and cooked were both available. Juice, Tea and Coffee were readily available too although coffee wasn't the best - opt for the tea as there was a good selection.

Did what you expect from a hotel 🏨 & Don't have any complaints other than I don't think you should pay for parking 💁♂️ I know we're in la la land now & the government's are out of control & everything they go on about is a lie & the media confirms it all but a lie is a lie 💁♂️ obedience is what gives tyrants their power 💁♂️ the more we go along the more insane they will be like 20 mph limits like global warming were actually going into an ice age this all about something else 🤡 so clown world 🌎 or real world 🤷♂️

It can honestly say it was the best laid-out room for a wheelchair user/disabled person I have ever been in (I am fortunate to travel across Europe every month and we stay in all kinds of accommodation, from standard to high luxury).The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. They were proactive and really great whenever we needed a little assistance. There was a good selection of snacks, both sweet and savoury, in the chiller cabinet for after hours arrivals to buy, at fair prices too.

Great hotel , lovely happy helpful staff , good choice of buffet breakfast all fresh and restocked quickly. The cleaners seem to work round the clock ,constantly cleaning hallways and our room was done daily
